iPad Distribution for the 2016-2017 School Year

Welcome to Ladue Horton Watkins High School's Limitless Learning iPad Initiative Website.  Please consider this website your main source for information associated with the Limitless Learning Initiative, including dates, policies, insurance and much more.

The BIG question:  "When and how are students going to get the iPads this year?"

This school year, we are going to hand out the iPads in two groups:  
Group (1) will include only the incoming Freshman class and students new to Ladue.  
Group (2) will be returning Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors. 


• Group (1) - Freshman and Students New to Ladue:
When:
Wednesday, August 10:   2 - 7p.m. 
Saturday, August 13:  10a.m. - 12:00p.m. 

Where:
Please join us in the Ladue Horton Watkins High School library to pick up your iPad.  A parent / guardian must accompany each student when they come to pick up their iPad.

Damage Waiver Payment:  
An annual contribution of $40 will be due for students participating in the iPad Limitless Learning Initiative.  Students will be responsible for protecting their assigned device from loss (a case for the iPad is provided by LHWHS) or damage, however this damage waiver will cover the iPad on and off school grounds during the 2016-17 school year for the following;
  • Accidental Damage (Liquid Spills - Drops/Cracked Screens)
  • Theft
  • Natural Disasters (Fire, Flood, Power surge due to lightning)
  • Loss

Payment of $40 may be made online at myschoolbucks.com prior to coming in to pick up your iPad.  If you have not yet created an account with MySchoolBucks, please read these helpful start-up steps.


What You Need To Bring:
  • Apple ID:  Prior to your pick-up date, all students must have an Apple ID.  To learn more about creating an Apple ID, if you do not already have one, please visit here.

•Group (2) - Returning Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors:
When:
Wednesday, August 17:  9:10 a.m. (first Seminar time.)

Where:
You will pick up your iPads during your first scheduled Seminar time.  Seminar home room teachers will have records of students who have made payment arrangements for the damage waiver.  Students will not get their iPads until damage waiver payments have been made.
